Position: Project Coordinator (Full time in-person role)

Hiring by: Millennium India Education Foundation (registered nonprofit in Delhi, 2003) supported by Peerbagh (registered nonprofit from Austin, Texas).

Location: Dehradun

Commitment: Full time, 40-hour role

We are excited to be hiring for a project coordinator in Dehradun, India. This is a full time position connected to a couple of ongoing projects. Candidate will be working primarily on event coordination and communications outreach projects.

In this role, the candidate will be organizing and hosting events, leading research on specific projects, producing communication campaigns, and managing operational elements for ongoing projects. Your efforts will help support two mission-drive organizations that have been working for inclusion and access to information since 2003.

Key responsibilities

- Write communications materials including (but not limited to) web content, emails, blog posts, video content, and social media campaigns to increase our outreach and engagement.
- Interviews with the community for research projects
- Communications outreach to build partnerships and promote our initiatives with collaborators, volunteers, and donors.
- Help organize online and in-person events.

Qualifications:

- Strong research and writing skills.
- Experience in social media and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Passion for community engagement and the social sector.
- Bachelor's degree in English/ communications/ business or related fields. 1-2 years of experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
