About the Role

Source Integreta Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Fresher with an Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) background to support the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of IT and Systems Integration projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, software teams, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers in day-to-day project coordination and execution.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with engineering, software, networking, operations, and support teams.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Assist in preparing project plans, trackers, MIS reports, status reports, and progress updates.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, checklists, trackers, and records.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding materials, deliveries, installations, testing, and project requirements.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, pending activities, and deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with Project Managers, engineers, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying project risks, issues, dependencies, and delays.
- Escalate project-related issues to the Project Manager when required.
- Support site surveys, inspections, testing, commissioning, and implementation activities.
- Assist in monitoring material movement and availability of project resources.




- Maintain accurate project trackers and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Support project documentation, handover, closure, and client sign-off activities.
- Assist in coordinating client meetings and project review meetings.
- Travel to project locations for project coordination, implementation, inspections, testing, commissioning, and client meetings whenever required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of electronics, IT systems, networking, or infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of project planning and execution.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and project management processes.
- Willingness to travel to project locations across India whenever required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Electronics, or Systems Integration.
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and enterprise IT systems.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- Academic/project experience in IoT, Embedded Systems, Networking, Electronics, Automation, Robotics, or IT Systems is preferred.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel formulas, data tracking, and reporting.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
