Key Responsibilities

Field Verification Program Management

Coordinate and monitor field verification activities across shale gas production assets, gathering systems, processing facilities, and associated infrastructure.

Track progress against field verification schedules, deliverables, and milestones.

Ensure alignment between field findings and engineering/documentation updates.

Facilitate communication between field personnel, engineering teams, and client stakeholders.

Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance of field verification activities.

Track closure of field observations, discrepancies, and punch-list items.

Program Controls & Governance

Establish and maintain project schedules, dashboards, KPIs, and status reports.

Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Develop weekly and monthly program performance reports for leadership and clients.

Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

Support change management processes and maintain project documentation.

Integration Program Tracking

Coordinate the execution of a large-scale integration program involving 50+ resources across multiple locations.

Track workstreams, deliverables, resource utilization, and milestone achievement.

Facilitate coordination between onsite USA teams and offshore India teams.





Ensure seamless communication and alignment across engineering, data, operations, and project teams.

Monitor critical-path activities and proactively identify schedule risks.

Resource & Financial Controls

Track resource allocation, capacity utilization, and productivity metrics.

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditure.

Support timesheet compliance, invoice validation, and cost reporting.

Assist leadership with forecasting resource needs and project financial performance.

Stakeholder Management

Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and management reports.

Conduct project review meetings and follow up on action items.

Interface with client project managers, operations teams, engineering leads, and vendor partners.

Escalate critical risks and issues to program leadership with recommended mitigation plans.

Reporting & Analytics

Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or equivalent tools.

Track metrics related to:

Schedule adherence

S Curve preparation and tracking

Field verification progress

Productivity

Resource utilization

Issue resolution

Data quality

Budget performance

Generate actionable insights to improve project execution and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

8-15 years of experience in Project Controls, Project Management, Program Management, or Engineering Services.

Experience supporting Oil & Gas, Midstream, Upstream, or Asset Management projects.

Solid understanding of field verification, asset information management, or engineering document management projects.

Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in shale gas operations or Permian Basin projects.

Experience in digital transformation, asset digitization, or data integration programs.

PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent project management certification.

Familiarity with engineering deliverables such as P&IDs;, asset registers, equipment data sheets, and technical documentation.
