Project Assistant Construction:

About the Role: Join our team as a Project Assistant and be the backbone of our construction project operations. You'll manage critical administrative functions, ensure statutory compliance, and coordinate seamlessly between project teams and ground staff.

What You'll Do:

- Process purchase orders and work orders with precision

- Verify invoices and manage contract worker compliance (ESI, PF, wages, attendance)

- Ensure adherence to BoCW Act and labour laws

- Handle statutory inspections and government interactions

- Coordinate with on-ground JLL teams for smooth project execution

What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years of relevant work experience

- Robust knowledge of ESI, PF, and Indian labour laws

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil (native) and English

- Construction project experience is a plus

- Based within 5 km of office; vehicle ownership preferred
