Project Architect / Senior Architect

9–10 years of relevant professional experience

Mandatory: Prior experience in Railways and/or Airport projects

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects end-to-end, from concept and design development through tendering, execution, and construction administration, ensuring consistency of design intent, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as a key client-facing representative, managing client communication, presentations, meetings, expectations, and project updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site surveys, site visits, coordination meetings, and project reviews, and coordinate schedules, submissions, and material/sample approvals.
- Prepare and review design calculations, estimates, plans, reports, and project documentation.
- Document and communicate site observations, progress, and review findings, ensuring timely resolution of project issues.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of working drawing sets, undertake project research, and prepare/review technical specifications.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of bid documents, tender documents, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the work of team members to ensure timely project delivery, quality, and adherence to project budgets.
- Monitor project costs and budgets and maintain separate and updated cost records for each project.




- Prepare and present project status reports, design presentations, and client presentations, clearly communicating project progress, key decisions, risks, and recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
