Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

-Develop architectural designs and layouts for multistory residential projects.

-Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.

Mivan Technology Application

-Integrate Mivan shuttering systems into design and construction workflows.

-Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure compatibility with Mivan technology.

Project Coordination

-Work with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and project managers.

-Review and approve construction drawings, material specifications, and site modifications.

Quality Assurance

-Conduct site visits to monitor the implementation of architectural designs and Mivan systems.

-Ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with safety standards.

Innovation & Optimization

-Propose innovative solutions for space optimization and cost-efficiency.





-Stay updated on advancements in Mivan technology and sustainable construction practices.

Qualifications

Education

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

-Diploma in Polytechnic preferred.

Experience

2- 5 years of experience in multistory residential housing projects.

-Expertise in Mivan technology and aluminum formwork systems.

Skills

-Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant software.

-Strong project management and team collaboration skills.

-In-depth knowledge of construction materials and industry best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
