ARCHITECT — FULL-TIME / PROJECT BASIS

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect (Fresher to 1 Year Experience) to join our design team in Udupi–Manipal.

Engagement Options

We offer both Full-Time and Project-Based engagement opportunities, depending on project requirements, scope of work and candidate suitability.

Full time A structured role involving continuous participation in architectural and interior projects, from design development through documentation and site coordination.

Project-Based An opportunity to work on specific projects or assignments with clearly defined scope, deliverables and timelines. The engagement terms will be discussed based on the requirements of each project and the candidate’s skills and experience.

This option can be suitable for freelancers, young architects, or candidates looking for flexible work opportunities while gaining hands-on experience on live projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural and interior working drawings




- Assist with design development and space planning
- Develop 3D models and visualisations
- Prepare interior layouts, elevations and material details
- Assist with construction documentation
- Coordinate drawing revisions and project requirements
- Assist with site coordination when required

Qualification

B.Arch Degree

Required Skills

Mandatory

- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Basic to intermediate SketchUp skills

Preferred

- Enscape / D5 Render / V-Ray
- Revit or other BIM tools
- Photoshop / InDesign

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed based on experience, skill level, scope of work and engagement model.
