Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Programming Language Trainer role located in Jaipur. The trainer will deliver engaging classroom sessions on Python, C, C++, and Java, using clear explanations, examples, and exercises to help learners build strong programming fundamentals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, designing practice problems and assessments, updating training materials, and aligning content with current industry requirements.

The role involves mentoring students individually and in groups, addressing questions, reviewing code,



and providing constructive feedback to improve problem-solving and coding skills. The trainer will collaborate with the academic team to enhance course structure, participate in workshops or bootcamps, and support placement-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Language Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex programming concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, outcome-driven training sessions.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Literature or technical documentation sufficient to guide learners in reading and interpreting programming resources.
- Candidates should have solid hands-on expertise in Python, C, C++, and Java, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a learner-centric approach.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in teaching or training is an advantage.
- Familiarity with online learning tools, coding platforms, and assessment systems, along with a willingness to stay updated with evolving industry trends, will be beneficial.
