Role Overview The Program Manager will oversee the seamless delivery of public and private cloud services at UnitedLayer. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, exceptional program management skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive the success of cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple programs related to public and private cloud initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client and organizational objectives.
- Develop detailed program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Report program status and performance metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cloud service delivery.
- Oversee the delivery of cloud services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly.
- Continuously assess and optimize service delivery processes for efficiency and quality.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to address their needs and drive satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in public and private cloud technologies.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to design and deliver innovative cloud solutions.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve cloud infrastructure and services.
- Lead cross-functional teams,



fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve their professional goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless service integration and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in program management and/or service delivery roles, preferably in cloud services.
- Strong understanding of public and private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, and OpenStack.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and delivering cloud services to enterprise clients.
- Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
