Job Summary

We are looking for a client-facing Client Partner / Program Manager with a robust understanding of Multimodal Large Language Model (LLM) training workflows. This person will serve as the primary point of contact between US-based clients and internal AI training teams.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements during live discussions, translate them into clear project workflows and trainer instructions, run client proof-of-concept (POC) projects, and ensure successful delivery. This role requires a combination of AI domain knowledge, client management, program execution, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client and Requirement Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in client calls to understand business objectives, use cases, data requirements, quality expectations, and delivery timelines.
- Translate client requirements into structured workflows, project plans, annotation guidelines, and actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Ask relevant technical and operational questions to clarify ambiguous requirements.
- Set clear expectations with clients regarding scope, feasibility, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular status calls, project reviews, and stakeholder updates.

Multimodal LLM Training
- Understand workflows related to training and evaluating multimodal LLMs across text, image, audio, and video data.
- Work with AI trainers, annotators, subject-matter experts, quality analysts, and technical teams.
- Help define annotation guidelines, rubrics, evaluation criteria, and quality standards.
- Understand concepts such as supervised fine-tuning, preference data, RLHF, model evaluation, prompt-response assessment, and human feedback workflows.
- Ensure trainers clearly understand project requirements,



task instructions, edge cases, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate calibration sessions and resolve questions raised by trainers and quality teams.

POC and Program Execution
- Own and manage client POCs from requirement gathering through final delivery.
- Convert POC requirements into staffing plans, workflows, milestones, and success criteria.
- Coordinate sample creation, pilot execution, quality reviews, feedback implementation, and final submission.
- Track project progress, productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, and other agreed metrics.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Incorporate client feedback into workflows and ensure changes are communicated across the delivery team.
- Support the transition of successful POCs into larger, long-term engagements.

Account Growth
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and become a trusted partner.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts based on evolving AI and data requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, solutions, operations, recruitment, and delivery teams on proposals and account plans.
- Support client presentations, solution discussions, scope documentation, and commercial conversations.
- Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in client management, program management, account management, AI operations, data annotation, or a related field.




- Practical understanding of LLM and multimodal AI training workflows.
- Experience managing AI trainers, data annotators, quality analysts, or similar delivery teams.
- Experience handling client-facing POCs, pilots, or technical programs.
- Ability to convert complex client requirements into clear operational instructions.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent presentation, documentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work during US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI, foundation models, or human-in-the-loop AI programs.
- Knowledge of text, image, audio, and video annotation or evaluation workflows.
- Familiarity with supervised fine-tuning, RLHF, preference ranking, red teaming, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience creating project documentation, including statements of work, process flows, annotation guidelines, evaluation rubrics, and quality plans.
- Experience managing distributed or global AI training teams.
- Understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, responsible AI, and content-safety requirements.
