We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead ERP program governance, critical incident management, escalation handling, and executive stakeholder communication across complex enterprise environments.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program governance for ERP initiatives and operational support
- Own major incidents, critical issues, and escalations
- Drive risk, issue, and dependency management
- Coordinate with SAP, Oracle, infrastructure, application, and business teams
- Communicate incident status, impact, mitigation, and resolution to senior leadership
- Lead governance reviews, steering committees, and executive status meetings
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, service performance, and program health
- Drive compliance, audit, security,



and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Must-Have Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of Program Management / Governance experience

• Strong experience with SAP and Oracle ERP environments
