? Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Cybersecurity to lead complex cybersecurity transformation programs within a large global organization. The role will involve managing multiple projects and workstreams covering areas such as Network Security, Cryptography, Authentication, Privileged/Elevated Access, Human & Non-Human Identities, and other cybersecurity capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the overall Cybersecurity Transformation Program.
- Coordinate multiple projects, workstreams, resources and governance forums.
- Manage delivery from engineering teams through to Executive Steering Committee / C-Level stakeholders.
- Understand cybersecurity technology solutions and business outcomes and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Manage project interdependencies, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.




- Drive successful delivery of transformation initiatives and ensure business benefits are realized.
- Define and track OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) at program and service-line level.
- Translate OKRs into JIRA backlogs, epics and milestones with complete delivery traceability.
- Proactively identify, manage and escalate program risks and issues through appropriate governance forums.
- Drive Agile delivery practices and portfolio management.
- Coordinate across engineering, business, technology and leadership teams.
- Provide regular program status updates, governance reporting and executive-level communication.

Mandatory Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in program/project delivery.
- Strong experience in Cybersecurity Program Management / Transformation.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity capabilities and governance.
- Proven experience delivering cybersecurity programs in large/global organizations.
- Strong C-Level stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams and complex dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and portfolio management.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, OKRs and backlog management.
- Solid risk, issue and dependency management experience.
