Position Title: PROGRAM MANAGER - Banking Java role

Experience Level: 18 Years

Full Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month

Location: Mumbai/ Chennai

Budget: 45 L PA

Work Mode- 5 Days Work from office & also alternate 2 Saturdays work from office

Must-have profile

- 18 years overall experience
- Strong Java technology background
- 7–8 years of Banking domain experience
- Solid Program Management / Service Delivery Management experience
- Experience managing large application programs/projects




- Has handled 200 resources
- Experience managing a large account/project end-to-end
- Strong client-facing/front-ending capability
- Delivery ownership stakeholder management
- Revenue/commercial accountability is highly desirable
- Should be able to understand and respond to both:
- Banking/domain-related queries
- Technology/application-related queries
- Must have enough technical depth to solution and guide the client, even if no longer hands-on.
