Overview:

We are seeking an experienced POSH Trainer, Employment Law Expert, Workplace Culture Specialist, HR Practitioner, DEI Professional, or Workplace Ethics Consultant to deliver an engaging corporate awareness session on the topic:

"Speak Up Culture: POSH & Workplace Dignity"

This will be a one-time virtual engagement, with the potential for repeat sessions as part of our monthly Engagement & Professional Development Series.

If you are a POSH expert, employment law professional, workplace culture specialist, DEI practitioner, HR leader, or workplace ethics trainer with experience in creating respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environments, we'd love to hear from you.

- The objective of this session is to educate employees on the importance of fostering a Speak Up Culture and maintaining workplace dignity, respect, and professionalism. The session should empower participants to recognize inappropriate workplace behaviours, understand their rights and responsibilities, and contribute to an setting where concerns can be raised without fear of retaliation.



The goal is to strengthen awareness, accountability, and shared responsibility for building a safe and respectful workplace for all.
- The session should be informative, engaging, and practical, covering key aspects of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013, including what constitutes sexual harassment, workplace dignity, respectful conduct, bystander intervention, consent and boundaries, reporting mechanisms, confidentiality, and the role employees play in creating an inclusive culture. The session should also address common misconceptions surrounding POSH and workplace conduct, helping participants distinguish between myths and facts.
- The session should provide practical, workplace-focused guidance through real-world scenarios and relatable examples. Topics such as respectful workplace behaviour, recognizing and addressing inappropriate conduct, power dynamics, bystander intervention, professional boundaries, virtual workplace etiquette, and challenges arising in hybrid and remote work environments are highly encouraged to ensure relevance and applicability.
- The session should also explore the broader impact of workplace dignity and psychological safety on employee well-being,



engagement, collaboration, trust, retention, and organizational culture. Practical strategies for encouraging respectful communication, addressing concerns constructively, supporting colleagues, and fostering an environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up should be included.
- The session should incorporate interactive discussions, case studies, scenario-based learning, polls, and Q&A; opportunities to encourage participation and reflection. The goal is to equip employees with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools needed to uphold workplace dignity, support a culture of respect, and contribute to a safer and more inclusive workplace.

Ideal Profile

- Experienced POSH Trainer, Employment Law Expert, Workplace Culture Specialist, HR Practitioner, DEI Professional, or Workplace Ethics Consultant
- Experience delivering engaging corporate sessions
- Able to conduct a 45-60 minute virtual session
- Able to provide professionally designed presentation slides, and actionable strategies
