Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work setting.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Strong project management capabilities including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions within project constraints.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Competence in monitoring project progress and adjusting plans to meet business objectives.
