Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Manage and guide production operators and workers.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
- Maintain production records, reports and shift documentation.
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S and discipline on the shop floor.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in radiator, automotive components,



heat exchanger, sheet-metal or similar manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of production processes, manpower handling and shop-floor management.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
