- Production Planning: Plan daily concrete output, manage mix designs, and monitor material stocks (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures).
- Plant Maintenance: Ensure routine calibration of batching equipment and handle preventive mechanical maintenance.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce strict quality checks on raw materials and maintain site safety standards.
- Team & Fleet Management: Supervise plant operators, dispatch logistics, and raw material inventory. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
