Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer demands and company goals.
- Supervise a team of workers on the assembly line, ensuring effective seating of foam components.
- Monitor product quality control processes to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and materials as needed to minimize downtime.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in textile & apparel industry with expertise in dyeing, finishing, or printing processes.
- Strong understanding of assembly line management principles and practices.
- Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in daily production planning, including scheduling and coordination.
