- Schedule daily shifts, assign tasks to workers, and ensure production targets are met.
- Enforce safety rules and machine guidelines to prevent workplace injuries.
- Check products to make sure they match company and industry standards.
- Train new staff, coach workers, and resolve team issues.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and transparent bottlenecks on the floor.
- Track daily output metrics and write performance reports for managers.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
