Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Kanera, Kheda

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Facility: Petrol Allowance

Education: Mechanical Engineering (Diploma / Degree)

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production and achieve shift targets
- Handle workforce, machines, and shop-floor operations
- Conduct quality checks and monitor processes
- Manage material flow and basic inventory needs
- Support machine setup & basic troubleshooting
- Ensure safety compliance, documentation & daily reports
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance & Management teams

Requirements

- 5–7 years of relevant production experience.
- Experience in door, frame, plywood, furniture, wood, laminate, panel, or similar manufacturing preferred.
- Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
