Responsibilities
- Execute the production plan as per daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor production processes and ensure optimum machine utilization.
- Supervise shift operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions.
- Ensure product quality meets defined specifications in coordination with the Quality team.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to maintain reliable operations.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and coordinate with Stores and Logistics for uninterrupted production.
- Prepare and maintain shift production reports, downtime records, and operational logs.
- Lead and motivate shop-floor operators and technicians to improve productivity.
