Role Description The Production Planning Control role is a full-time, in office position based at LANCERFAB’s facility in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for preparing and managing production schedules, coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of orders. Daily tasks include monitoring work orders, tracking material availability, adjusting plans to meet customer deadlines,



and optimizing machine and labor utilization.

The role also involves analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and clear documentation of plans, status reports, and performance metrics are essential.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules management.
- Candidates should possess solid Planning and Analytical Skills for capacity utilization and workflow optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting.
- Experience in manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication environments, preferably in production planning or control.
- Ability to use ERP/MRP systems and basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for planning and reporting.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
