We manufacture a wide range of products, and depending on the product, our manufacturing processes include washing, crushing, mixing, sieving, drying, and packing. These processes are labour-intensive and require a significant amount of manual work.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily plant operations at our factory in Chittorgarh.

This is not an office-desk job; it requires active, shop floor management of crushing, sieving, and drying plants in a dusty, heavy industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be an independent leader with proven experience managing labours, maintaining equipment,



and keeping production on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Plant Management: Manage crushing and sieving plants and related activities.
- Technical Supervision: Demonstrate deep technical understanding of plant equipment, specifically washing, crushing, sieving, screening, and drying machinery and conveyor belts.
- Labor Supervision: Direct and supervise labour teams on the floor to ensure optimal productivity.
- Independent Working: Take complete ownership of plant operations!
- Safety & Workplace: Implement and strictly enforce plant safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Technical degree or diploma (B. Tech, B.Sc. or Diploma in technical or engineering fields).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience managing production plants such as sand washing plant, mineral crushing plant, sand sieving plant, and drying operations.
- Labour Management: Strong track record of supervising and leading industrial labor teams effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: 35,000 – 55,000 per month (Net Salary)
- Performance Bonus: Additional incentives based on plant productivity and operational efficiency.
- Accommodation: Basic, free accommodation (room) provided at the factory site.
