Job Purpose To manage and control the complete garment production process, ensuring production targets, quality, efficiency, and timely delivery are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production.
- Strong practical knowledge of Cutting & Sewing is mandatory.
- Manage cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing operations.
- Ensure proper production line balancing and manpower utilization.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and rejection levels.
- Reduce wastage, rework, and production downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Stores, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Handle production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily production and performance reports.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping.

Required Skills




- Mandatory knowledge of Cutting & Sewing operations.
- Experience in innerwear/knitted garment production preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
- Good planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets within timelines.

Qualification & Experience Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Garment Technology, Textile Technology, or related field.

Experience: 7+ years in garment production, preferably with innerwear/knitted garments.

Key Requirement: Hands-on experience in both Cutting and Sewing operations is essential for this position.
