Key Responsibilities :

- Manage overall production operations including Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Cutting, Pouching and Gluing.
- Prepare and execute daily/monthly production plans to achieve targets and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production efficiency, OEE, machine utilization, wastage and rejection.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials.
- Maintain required quality standards and resolve production-related quality issues.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Reduce production downtime, wastage, rework and operational costs.
- Lead and develop production supervisors, operators and other shop-floor employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, housekeeping and company policies.
- Prepare and review daily/monthly production MIS and performance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
