We have job opportunities with EV charger Manufacturing company for the Production Manager/Head position, Parwanoo Location.

Designation: Production Manager/Head

Experience: +5 year in the power electronics manufacturing industry.

Location: Parwanoo HP

Roles and Responsibilities The Plant Head will oversee and manage production planning for manufacturing Companies power electronics products, including EV Chargers, Grid Tie Solar Inverters, and Motor Controllers. Specific responsibilities include:

- Production Oversight:

Supervise manufacturing processes such as PCB assembly and testing, transformer and inductor manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, wiring and assembly, and final testing.
- Production Planning:

Develop and execute production plans for optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Process Optimization:

Ensure effective production workflows, focusing on quality and minimizing production time.
- Quality Assurance:





Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure the production of high-quality products.

Experience and Knowledge

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for power electronics products.
- Software tools for production/manufacturing planning.

Key Objectives
- Achieve high-quality production in the shortest possible time frame.
- Maximize utilization of manpower and machinery.
