1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a production supervisory/managerial role.
2. Age: Preferably 35–45 years.
3. Location: Should be based in or willing to work in Panvel / Navi Mumbai.
4. Production Management: Responsible for planning, managing and achieving daily/monthly production targets.
5. Industry Experience: Strong experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in a similar product category.
6. Team Management: Experience managing production workers, supervisors and factory staff.
7. Production Planning: Ability to plan manpower, raw materials, machinery and production schedules efficiently.
8. Quality Control: Strong understanding of quality standards, hygiene, food safety and production processes.
9. Cost Control: Ability to minimise wastage, improve productivity and control production costs.
10. Inventory Coordination: Coordinate closely with purchase, stores and sales teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
11. Machine & Maintenance:



Understanding of machinery, preventive maintenance and minimising production downtime.
12. Process Improvement: Ability to improve production efficiency, reduce wastage and increase output.
13. Compliance: Knowledge of applicable FSSAI, GMP, HACCP and factory safety requirements preferred.
14. MIS & Reporting: Positive knowledge of Excel and production reporting, including daily production, wastage, efficiency and downtime reports.
15. Problem Solving: Robust ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly.
16. Discipline & Accountability: Must have robust leadership, discipline and ownership of production results.
17. Education: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Food Technology, Production Management or a related field pref

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
