Production Manager

Location: Silyari, Raipur Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and manage production teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
- Manage and coordinate production staff and workers.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.




- Monitor wastage and implement measures to improve productivity.
- Train and guide production staff as required.
- Report production performance and issues to management.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in production/plant operations.
- Robust team-management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
- Ability to handle production targets and deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and coordinate with multiple departments.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
