Position: Production Executive

Location – Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Compensation - 20k -35k

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Production Executive to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure that production targets are achieved on time while maintaining quality, productivity, and efficient utilization of manpower and materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines .
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
- Allocate manpower effectively according to production requirements and workload.
- Supervise and manage production workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, work discipline, and performance of production staff.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, components, packaging materials, and other required stock for production.
- Coordinate with the stores/purchase team for timely availability of materials.
- Maintain proper inventory and stock levels and minimize material wastage.
- Monitor production progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, or operational issues.




- Take corrective action to avoid production delays and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and other departments for smooth production.
- Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilized.
- Follow and enforce company safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Monitor wastage, rejection, and rework and take steps to improve production efficiency.
- Report daily production status, material requirements, manpower requirements, and major issues to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce production costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in production operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good manpower handling and team management skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of raw material and inventory/stock management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ownership.

Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing operations.
