Responsibilities

- Production: Responsible to achieve set productivity target.

- Production: Responsible to achieve the set OEE.

- Production: Responsible to close the daily MIS.

- Production: Responsible to make all the production documents like SOP, Process check sheet, OPL etc.

- Production: Responsible to train the operator and skill upgradation.

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.

- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

- Quality Control: Implement defect free process.

- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process.

- Quality Control: Work closely with the quality assurance team to address and rectify any production-related quality issues.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production targets and quality objectives.

- Team Leadership: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training as needed.

- Process Optimization: Continuously analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.

- Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste.

- Core Competencies: Responsible for monthly schedules by coordinating with PPC and planning resources availability all the time for smooth execution of production activities.

- Core Competencies: Responsible for capacity planning and manpower planning as per production forecast.

- Core Competencies: Responsible for preparing updating the SOPs, work instructions and training the team members.

- Core Competencies: Responsible to ensure the quality of products meeting IATF 16949 standard requirements.

- Core Competencies: Responsible to ensure 5S in the workplace at all times and continuously improve on a daily basis.

- Core Competencies: Responsible to establish effective process controls like POKE-YOKEs for existing processes, by coordinating with customers on process audits and initiating counter measures based on customer complaints through CAPA, QCC, one point lesson 8D reports.

- Core Competencies: Responsible to implement low-cost automation projects and implement by coordinating with concerned department.

- Core Competencies: Responsible for end-to-end assembly and reworking/rectifying the defects in the battery pack.

- Core Competencies: Responsible to implement PFD, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.

- Core Competencies: Responsible to identify bottleneck operation and implement kaizen to reduce the same.

- Core Competencies: Responsible to do cycle time study (MOST).

- Requirements: Proven experience in production management, preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive industry.

- Requirements: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a production team.

- Requirements: In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.

- Requirements: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
