Job Summary The Women's Fashion Garment Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the complete garment production process, from order confirmation to final shipment. The role involves working closely with designers, merchandisers, fabric suppliers, factories, quality control teams, and logistics partners to ensure products are manufactured on time, meet quality standards, and comply with company specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end production process for women's fashion garments.

- Prepare and maintain production plans, schedules, and order tracking reports.

- Follow up with fabric, trim, and accessory suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with pattern makers, sample room, and production factories.

- Monitor production timelines and ensure all milestones are achieved.

- Track cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and shipment status.

- Review production specifications, tech packs, and purchase orders before production begins.

- Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure products meet company quality standards.

- Identify production delays and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with logistics teams regarding shipment schedules and export documentation.

- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

- Monitor inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories required for production.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements,



and ethical manufacturing standards.

- Participate in production meetings and provide regular status updates to management.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Technology, Merchandising, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in garment production, preferably in women's fashion.

- Experience working with garment manufacturers and production units.

- Knowledge of woven, knit, and embellished garments.

- Familiarity with garment construction, fabrics, trims, and production processes.

- Robust understanding of quality control procedures.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/production management systems.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple production orders simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.Preferred Skills
