Role: Product Trainer

We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable Product Trainer who can train our internal teams, sales teams and channel partners on our Ayurveda product portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have excellent product knowledge, presentation skills and communication abilities, with the capability to explain healthcare and wellness products in a simple, accurate and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct product training sessions for sales, tele-calling, customer support and other internal teams.

· Train channel partners and relevant business associates on product features, benefits, usage and positioning.

· Develop and deliver product presentations, demonstrations and training modules.

· Explain Ayurveda products, ingredients, benefits and appropriate usage in a clear and responsible manner.

· Create training materials, FAQs, product guides, presentations and job aids.

· Handle product-related queries from sales and customer-facing teams.

· Conduct regular refresher training and onboarding sessions for new employees.

· Collect feedback from trainees and evaluate training effectiveness.





· Identify knowledge gaps and improve training content accordingly.

· Stay updated with new product launches, product modifications and relevant industry information.

· Work closely with management, sales and marketing teams to align training with business objectives.

· Ensure all product communication is accurate, ethical and compliant with applicable guidelines.

· Maintain training records, attendance and performance reports.

Candidate Profile

· Experience: 1–5+ years in Product Training / Product Education / Healthcare / Pharma / Ayurveda / Wellness.

· Strong training, presentation and public-speaking skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to confidently train large and small groups.

· Good understanding of sales processes and customer communication.

· Knowledge of Ayurveda, healthcare, pharmaceutical or sexual wellness products will be an advantage.

· Comfortable discussing sensitive healthcare topics in a qualified, respectful and confidential manner.

· Good analytical and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and training documentation is preferred.

· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare or related education preferred.

· Candidates must be comfortable working on-site in Sector 63, Noida.
