Required Skills & Experience

- Experience of 8-10 years

- Solid experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

- Proficient in Agile / Safe methodologies (Scrum)

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

- Pivot Tables

- Charts & Graphs

- Conditional Formatting

- Lookup Functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)

- Data Analysis

- Dashboard Creation

- Experience preparing executive dashboards, business reports, KPI scorecards, and governance reports.

- Strong experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations and customer communication materials.

- Experience supporting communication campaigns, stakeholder announcements, release communications, newsletters, and business updates.

- Working knowledge of below tools

- GitHub

- Azure / Azure DevOps

- Jira

- Ability to present complex business and technical information in a clear and concise manner to executive and customer audiences.

- Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting stakeholder communications, meeting summaries, and executive updates.
