Role Description

Responsible for coordinating product operations across WhatsApp Chatbot, Mobile App, Website, and marketing activities, ensuring timely updates, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Product Coordination

- Responsible for managing Animeta’s WhatsApp Chatbot, Mobile App, and Website.
- Coordinate with the Design, Content, and Development teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of product-related content and updates.
- Manage all product-related updates, changes, enhancements, and version releases across platforms.
- Ensure all relevant product information and changes are accurately updated and maintained.

Marketing Coordination

- Act as a liaison between the Field Team, MarCom, and Digital Marketing teams.
- Collect marketing requirements from the Field Team and coordinate with the respective teams for execution.
- Ensure the timely completion of marketing creatives and materials as per the requirements and share the final approved designs and marketing materials with the Field Team.
