OmnifiCX is a Commerce Intelligence Platform – built to govern, standardise, and sync master data in real time across the systems commerce businesses run on (ERP, eCommerce, marketplaces, WMS, POS). We work with commerce businesses running 3 systems, from $5M to $500M in revenue, who are outgrowing point-to-point integrations and need a system of intelligence above the ERP. This is a hands-on, high-ownership individual contributor role reporting directly to Rahul, Co-founder of OmnifiCX, ideal for someone who wants to shape how an early-stage B2B product tells its story to the market.
You will
- Own OmnifiCX's product positioning and messaging across every buyer-facing surface – website, sales collateral, social, and content.
- Build and run OmnifiCX’s social media presence and broader brand visibility from the ground up.
- Own lead generation – planning and running campaigns that build a qualified pipeline for the sales team.
- Work directly with Rahul and the founding team, bringing your own point of view to positioning and go-to-market decisions.
- Operate as a hands-on individual contributor – executing directly rather than delegating, with scope to grow the function as OmnifiCX scales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Own and evolve OmnifiCX's positioning as a Commerce Intelligence Platform, distinct from iPaaS/integration tools – hub architecture, B2B-first design, predictable pricing, zero application-side customisations.
- Translate technical differentiators into messaging that resonates with commerce businesses running fragmented systems (ERP eCommerce marketplace/WMS/POS).
- Keep messaging consistent across website, sales collateral, social, and content as the product and competitive landscape evolve.
- Build and maintain competitive positioning and objection-handling frameworks (e.g., data transport vs. data governance vs. tools like Boomi).
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Own OmnifiCX's social media accounts end-to-end – content calendar, posting, community engagement, and growth.
- Build a consistent brand voice and visual presence across channels appropriate to the ICP (commerce, ERP, and eCommerce operators).
- Track social and brand-visibility metrics and adjust the content mix based on what drives engagement and pipeline.
Demand & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels to build qualified pipeline.
- Own campaign setup, targeting, and optimisation against agreed lead-quality and pipeline-contribution goals.
- Partner with Rahul and the sales/VAR network on lead handoff, follow-up, and conversion feedback.
- Run landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture flows that convert visitors into qualified leads.
Content & Sales Enablement
- Develop content that supports the funnel – website copy, one-pagers, case studies, comparison pages, and sales decks.
- Support fundraising and partner-facing materials with accurate, up-to-date product and market positioning.
- Ensure content reflects current ICP, differentiators, and integration capabilities (e.g., Epicor, Acumatica, Sage integrations) as the product evolves.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Track the competitive landscape (iPaaS and integration tools, adjacent commerce-intelligence players) and surface positioning opportunities.
- Gather customer and prospect feedback to sharpen ICP definition and messaging over time.
Experience and Skills
Product Marketing Background
- 6–9 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or brand marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or commerce/ERP technology.
- Proven experience owning positioning and messaging for a technical product, translating complex capabilities into transparent buyer-facing language.
