????? ??? ???? We’re looking for a Product Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing SaaS-based products.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, requirement gathering, backlog prioritization, PRDs, user stories, customer discovery, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a Product Manager role focused on SaaS products, not a Project Manager position.

- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business and customer value
- Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Business, and customers
- Conduct customer discovery, market research,



and competitor analysis
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and product demos
- Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics
- Analyze customer feedback and product performance to drive improvements
- Coordinate feature releases, enhancements, and change requests
- Act as a bridge between business, customer, and technical teams
- Drive continuous product innovation and improvements

- 3–4 years of experience in SaaS Product Management
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
- Experience in product roadmap and backlog management
- Hands-on experience with PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and Business teams
- Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Confluence
- Strong understanding of customer needs and translating them into product features
- Experience with SaaS-based products is required
