Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong understanding of the Stock Market or Broking industry to lead the development and enhancement of trading and investment products. The candidate will work closely with business, technology, compliance, and operations teams to deliver creative and user-friendly solutions for traders and investors.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading and broking products.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with development and UI/UX teams for product implementation and enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for stock market and fintech products.
- Work on features related to trading platforms, back-office systems, portfolio management, mutual funds, APIs, and mobile/web applications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SEBI,



NSE, and BSE guidelines.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and analytics to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with QA and support teams for smooth product releases.
- Prepare product documentation, BRDs, user stories, and release notes.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Stock Market, Trading, Demat, Broking Operations, and Investment Products.
- Experience working with Trading Platforms, OMS/RMS, Back Office, or Wealth Management products.
- Knowledge of Agile / Jira / Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with fintech or broking applications is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Certifications such as NISM are preferred.

Experience Required

- Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience in Stock Market, Broking, Trading, or Fintech industry.
