Product Manager

Location: Pune | Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager with strong startup experience to own and drive product development at Speedioo. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on UI/UX, website/product flows, and customer journeys, along with the ability to work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, and Operations teams.

You will be responsible for translating business and customer requirements into simple, scalable, and user-friendly digital products that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap, priorities, and product lifecycle.
- Understand and map end-to-end website and product flows, customer journeys, and user experiences.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and Engineering teams to design, build, launch, and improve products.
- Translate customer and business requirements into PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and conversion-focused experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback, product data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.




- Identify gaps in existing website/app journeys and processes and drive solutions.
- Track product performance and continuously improve usability, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user journeys, website/app flows, and product design.
- Hands-on experience working with UI/UX and Engineering teams to take products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of product roadmaps, PRDs, product lifecycle, launches, and feature prioritization.
- Ability to independently understand and improve end-to-end website/product flows.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused and data-driven approach to product decision-making.
- Experience in Automotive, Marketplace, E-commerce, Consumer Tech, or other consumer-facing digital products is an advantage.
- Startup experience is strongly preferred.
