Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably with strong expertise in SaaS-based products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, driving product strategy, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring successful product delivery from ideation to execution.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of SaaS product development, customer needs, technology, analytics, and business growth. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Own the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
- Manage and scale SaaS product initiatives by working closely with engineering,design, marketing, sales, and customer teams.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, workflows, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive effective product execution.
- Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and convert insights into actionable product improvements.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior,



and competitor products to identify growth opportunities.
- Define product metrics, track performance, and leverage data analytics for decision-making.
- Create product roadmaps, release plans, and manage priorities across multiple initiatives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Establish and improve product development processes using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Work closely with Scrum teams and support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery management.
- Drive innovation by identifying new features, automation opportunities, and technology enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management with proven experience in SaaS product development.
- Strong experience in managing B2B/B2C SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or technology products.
- Proven track record of owning products from concept to launch and scaling them successfully.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
- Experience working with engineering teams and understanding software development processes.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework; experience working as a Scrum Master is preferred.




- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in user research, customer feedback analysis, and product optimization.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with technology teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with SaaS startups or fast-growing technology organizations.
- Experience managing products involving AI, automation, analytics, CRM, ERP, HRMS, or enterprise solutions will be an added advantage.
- Experience in mobile application development and digital product management.

- Experience working with global customers and market expansion initiatives.
