Key duties include streamining loan workflows to improve turnaround time (TAT), digitizing customer onboarding and CRM systems, and researching industry trends to launch competitive lending products. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Credit, IT, Operations, and Sales, along with providing ongoing support, training, and incentive management for the field team.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate holds a full-time MBA from a reputable institute with a minimum of 10 years of experience, primarily focused on MSME objective underwriting, NBFC-MFI operations, and digital lending.
