About Intelo
Intelo is a transformation partner building AI agents that drive efficiency, accuracy, and growth across businesses. We solve critical retail and supply chain workflows using purpose-built AI technology.
Our platform enables retailers to:
- Forecast demand accurately
- Reduce excess inventory
- Improve sell-through
- Make faster, smarter decisions
We operate at the intersection of AI, data engineering, and product thinking - building systems that translate complex data into real business outcomes.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager (3-5 years of experience) to own the discovery-to-delivery loop for one or more of our core agent workflows - demand forecasting, assortment planning, allocation and rebalancing, or replenishment. Intelo ships on a weekly cadence for enterprise retail customers, so this role is about turning ambiguous customer problems into crisp, well-scoped requirements and shipping them without losing the plot on business impact.
You will work between customers, implementation teams, engineering, and design - writing clear stories, driving estimations, holding delivery milestones, and making the hard prioritization calls. You own the "what" and the "why," and you defend both.
What We Expect from Every Product Manager at Intelo
This is part of our operating philosophy.
Here to Make a Difference

Key Responsibilities Discovery & Requirements
- Talk to customers and implementation teams to understand real retail and supply-chain workflows
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Break large initiatives into logical epics and stories engineering can estimate and ship incrementally
- Define what "done" and "correct" mean for data-driven, AI-powered features
Prioritization & Roadmap
- Own the backlog for your product area; ruthlessly prioritize by customer and business impact
- Make trade-offs between scope, quality, and delivery speed - and communicate them clearly
- Keep a rolling roadmap that engineering, implementation, and leadership can plan against
Delivery & Execution
- Coordinate estimations with engineering and hold milestones and timelines
- Run crisp sprint rituals - grooming, planning, and review - that keep delivery predictable
- Unblock the team rapid; escalate with context, not noise
- Partner with QA on acceptance and with implementation on rollout to real customers
Measurement & Iteration
- Define success metrics up front and track them after launch
- Use data and customer feedback to decide what to build, cut, or double down on
- Close the loop - a feature isn't done until it delivers the outcome it promised
Collaboration
- Work closely with design to make complex data workflows genuinely usable
- Be the primary point of contact for delivery status on your product area
- Keep stakeholders aligned without slowing the team down
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of product management experience shipping software products
- Proven ability to break down complex problems into clear, estimable requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication - crisp stories, tight specs, clear trade-offs
- Comfort working with data - reading it, reasoning about it, and defining correctness
- Experience running agile delivery with engineering teams
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Experience We would prefer product managers with experience in:
- Retail, supply chain, demand planning, or B2B enterprise SaaS
- AI/ML or data-intensive products (forecasting, optimization, analytics)
- Working directly with enterprise customers through implementation and rollout
- Writing SQL or working closely with data pipelines
- Fast-moving, weekly-release environments
What This Role Owns at Intelo A Product Manager at Intelo:
- Owns the "what" and the "why" of a product area end to end

- Own a core AI agent workflow with direct, measurable customer impact
- High ownership and visibility with leadership and customers
- Shape product for real enterprise retail brands, not toy problems
- Fast-moving, product-first environment
- Culture that rewards initiative and deep thinking
