About the Role

At Pidge, you will work at the intersection of Product, Design, Engineering, and Business to shape how users and customers experience the future of logistics and commerce. You will own the product journey from discovery to delivery , ensuring solutions are grounded in user needs, aligned with business outcomes, and feasible within technical constraints. You will help define what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured

What You'll D

- Translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, experiments, and product roadmap s
- Partner closely with Design and Engineerin g teams to build and launch thoughtful, user-centric features
- Collaborate with Business and cross-functional stakeholders to understand user needs and business prioritie s
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and structured experiment s to validate assumptions
- Prioritize problems and solutions based on user needs, business impact, and feasibilit y
- Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraint s while making product decisions
- Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous product improvement s

What We're Looking For





- 4+ years of experien ce in Product Management, preferably i n Logistics, SaaS, E-commerce, or Technolo gy.
- Proven ability to translat e ambiguous problems into clear requirements, experiments, and product roadma p
- Experience working closely wit h Design and Engineeri ng teams to build and launch user centric products/feature
- Ability to balanc e user needs, business goals, and technical feasibili ty.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability t o form hypotheses, analyze data, and make informed decisio n
- Excellent communication an d stakeholder manageme nt skill
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environme nt with competing prioritie
- Strong bias towar d clarity, measurable outcomes, and continuous learning.
