Dataweav is hiring one Product Engineering Intern for a 3-month internship, working directly with both cofounders. We have built an early version of an internal product. It works well enough to show you what it is for. It is not in production, nobody depends on it yet, and meaningful pieces of it have not been built at all.

What it does not have is an owner: someone who builds the rest, gets our entire team genuinely using it every week, and takes it to a clear conclusion. That is this role. You will decide what to build next, build it with Claude Code, run the rollout across the team, sit with people while they use it, and close the gaps you find. Both cofounders will be in this with you every day, hands on. WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own an early-stage internal product end to end for three months: decide what to build, then build it
- Build the parts that do not exist yet, directing Claude Code to write the code
- Roll it out across our team: onboard people, get them using it every week, and chase the ones who stop
- Watch real users work, and turn what you see into a prioritized list of what to build and fix next
- Get it from a rough early version into something the team depends on in production
- Write the onboarding, documentation, and internal communication that make adoption stick
- Report to both cofounders weekly on what moved, what is stuck, and what you need
- Help us decide, at the end, whether this is ready to go outside the company WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR




- Final year of college (8th semester) or recently graduated, in any discipline
- You already use an LLM such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini as a daily working tool, and you are excited to learn Claude Code
- You pick up unfamiliar tools quickly and without being taught
- Real interest in how products get built, and in why people do or do not adopt them
- You can talk to users and hear what they actually mean, not only what they say
- Transparent written English. A large part of this job is writing
- Self-directed. Nobody will hand you a task list each morning NICE TO HAVE
- Any hands-on time with Claude Code, Cursor, or another AI coding agent NO ENGINEERING BACKGROUND REQUIRED You do not need a Computer Science degree, prior software experience, or knowledge of any particular language or framework. We are hiring for how fast you learn, how well you understand users, and how much you want to build something that matters. The technical skill you need is the ability to work well with an AI assistant, and we will teach you the rest.
- Type: 3-month paid internship, with conversion to a full-time role if the product succeeds
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, standard Nepal daytime hours HOW WE WORK

You will not be writing code by hand. You will be directing Claude Code to write it, which means the quality of your work depends on how clearly you can think, specify, and check.
