Role Description The Product Engineer will play a key role in designing, building, and improving PInterview’s online platform and related features in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams to translate user needs into scalable solutions, defining technical requirements, and implementing new product features. The role involves analyzing user feedback and performance metrics, diagnosing issues, and refining the product roadmap to enhance usability, reliability, and engagement.

Engineer will also participate in research and development activities,



evaluate new technologies, ensure robust testing and documentation, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a consistent and high-quality user experience.

Qualifications

- Strong product engineering skills, including experience in developing and maintaining online platforms or SaaS products.
- Proficiency in product design and usability principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI teams.
- Solid analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities to interpret data, diagnose issues, and optimize product performance.
- Experience in research and development (R&D;), including evaluating emerging technologies and proposing innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with contemporary web technologies, cloud-based architectures, and agile development methodologies is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
