Client is a reputed European workholding and automation leader and is seeking a Product Engineer -Sales with 5+ years of experience in workholding, clamping, and shop floor automation.

The role drives Pan-India sales, application design, commercial negotiations, and technical workshops for press and material handling solutions. Ideal candidates possess strong technical acumen, excellent English communication skills, and the willingness to travel extensively nationwide.

Role & responsibilities:

- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive and manage Pan-India sales and service operations for Gthle products; execute strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets and broader company objectives.
- Application & Solution Development: Utilize deep technical knowledge to conceptualize and develop customized product applications, specifically focused on presses, dies, shop floor automation, and material handling systems.
- Project Management: End-to-end execution of project proposals, starting from initial concept design and technical feasibility studies to on-site execution, trial runs, and post-sales service support.
- Commercial Strategy & Negotiations: Handle commercial negotiations, pricing models,



and contractual terms to deliver profitable growth while maintaining client trust.
- Technical Presentations & Training: Independently organize and conduct product introductions, technical workshops, seminars, and application trials for prospective and existing clients.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a primary technical and commercial liaison between clients, internal cross-functional teams, and international brand principals.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Educational Background: B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Qualified Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in machine tool accessories sales and application engineering. Direct experience in workholding, clamping systems, and shop floor automation is highly desirable.
- Technical Aptitude: Proven capability in concept design, trial studies, and application development for press and automation equipment.
- Mobility: Readiness to travel extensively across India to meet business and customer service needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi or other regional Indian languages is a strong advantage.
