Role Description AIDLC / Full-Stack Engineer AWS-Native, Event-Driven Annuity Reinsurance Platform Role Overview Seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) experience to build and scale a cloud-native annuity reinsurance platform. The role combines full-stack development, AWS engineering, event-driven architecture, API development, and AI/LLM integration to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop frontend and backend solutions for contract management, transactions, funds, treaties, placements, cessions, billing, reporting, and monitoring. Build modern web applications using React/Angular and cloud-native microservices. Design and implement AI-enabled capabilities including RAG, AI assistants, knowledge search, prompt management, governance, evaluation, and observability.
Develop backend services for contracts, transactions, funds, treaty administration, placement processing, cession generation, and reporting. Design event-driven architectures using EventBridge, SNS, SQS, and asynchronous processing patterns. Build REST APIs and integrations with administration systems, TPAs, reporting platforms, and reinsurance partners.
Design scalable data models and implement validation, auditability, and data integrity controls. Support CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, automation, and production operations.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. 5+ years of software engineering experience. 2+ years of AI/LLM application development.
Experience building cloud-native applications and microservices. Robust understanding of distributed systems and Agile delivery.
