We are looking for an Infor WFM Consultant to join a product team responsible for configuring and developing Infor Workforce Management modules.

Required Skills

3+ years hands-on Infor WFM configuration and development experience

Infor Scriptable Extensions and Groovy-based custom scripting

Workforce Management – Timekeeping, Absence Management, Scheduling

Advanced Scheduling – MVS, MR, OTS

✅ Infor Integrations – API & File-based integrations

Multi-market Labor Compliance – overtime, working time regulations

Basic REST API knowledge





Agile/Scrum development experience

Jira & Confluence

Hands-on with Infor Migrations

Key Responsibilities

Configure Infor WFM modules – timekeeping, time calculation, schedule management & absence management

Write and maintain Groovy scripts for business rules and labor compliance logic

Support Infor WFM–ServiceNow integration testing

Participate in sprint planning, grooming & retrospectives

Maintain technical documentation

Collaborate with QA for defect resolution and testing support

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
