Role Summary

We are looking for a client-facing Pre-Sales qualified who can drive solutioning, demos, and deal support for enterprise customers in the customer experience space.

Must-Have Skills





- Strong Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting experience in CCaaS / CPaaS / SaaS
- Solid understanding of contact center technologies & CX workflows
- Proven experience in product demos, POCs, and enterprise deal support
- Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs .
- Develop technical documentation, solution decks, and business case proposals .
- Collaborate with sales teams to define solution scope, pricing inputs, and implementation considerations .
- Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field

Good-to-Have

- Exposure to AI in customer experience (chatbots, voice bots, analytics)
- Experience with CRM integrations, APIs
