Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical qualified to join our IT department as a Product Analyst. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making processes to enhance our financial products and services. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, technology, and business stakeholders to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and product performance.

By leveraging advanced analytical tools and methodologies, the candidate will provide actionable insights that support product development, optimization, and strategic planning within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:-

- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate product performance, customer usage patterns, and market trends within the financial services domain.
- Collaborate with product managers and IT teams to define product requirements and translate business needs into analytical frameworks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast product outcomes and customer behavior.
- Support the design and execution of A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to validate product changes and improvements.




- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with data engineering teams to validate data sources and pipelines.
- Assist in the prioritization of product features and enhancements based on quantitative analysis and business impact.

- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
