Location - Bangalore - Rotational Procurement Specialist - Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Specialist with 3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes for Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation commodities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in leading procurement projects. Responsibilities:

Manage complex procurement projects, including RFX, RFQ, and purchase order closure

Lead a team of procurement professionals and provide guidance on best practicesDevelop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency

Analyze and negotiate commercial terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliersEnsure compliance with operational policies, standards, and procedures

Prepare reports and updates as required

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement processes





Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines Required Skills and Experience:

Engineering Graduate with 2+ years of experience in procurement/buying

Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation commodities

Proven track record of delivering results in procurement

Strong knowledge of commercial terms, conditions, and negotiations

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Familiarity with ERP tools and systems

Proficiency in English language

Experience in core industries such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Power Preferred Skills:

Experience in leading procurement teams or projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a dynamic workplace and adapt to changing priorities
